Youth workers are constantly looking for creative materials and activities to interact with their target groups. Over the years, StreetSmart developed over 260 educational materials on a variety of relevant topics to unlock the talents of children on the street. In addition to this, we witnessed a tremendous amount of expertise in non-formal education while spending time with our local partners. Unfortunately, most of this knowledge stays within the local organisation.
With the launch of StreetSmart Play, we’re aiming to bring all of this expertise in non-formal education together in one place. Desperately in need for an activity on business & entrepreneurship? Look no further! Just visit the games page on StreetSmart Play, and hit the ‘filter’-button. There you can filter all the activities on topic, skills, duration, age and much more.
Recently, we even added a new ‘physical distancing’ filter to ensure youth workers can find corona-proof activities on the platform. Just go to the filter menu, click on ‘activity type’ and select the ‘physical distancing’ tag to check out the selection of games.
